Experienced Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapist
🌟 55-Minute One-on-One Care | $90K-$130K+ | Clinical Autonomy | Quality Over Quantity
📍 Delafield, WI
Practice Physical Therapy the Way You Always ImaginedWe believe exceptional therapists deserve an environment that allows them to do exceptional work.
Great therapists know exceptional outcomes require more than following protocols. They require time to listen, the ability to think critically, develop meaningful relationships with their patients, and the freedom to use their full clinical skillset.
At Balance Within Integrative Physical Therapy, we've intentionally built that environment. We believe physical therapists are primary musculoskeletal providers who help people move better, feel better, and live fuller lives. That's why we've created a practice where clinicians have the autonomy, support, and time to uncover the root cause, integrate their full clinical expertise, and provide truly individualized care.
We're looking for an experienced orthopedic/manual therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and helping redefine what's possible in physical therapy.
