Experienced Gas Service Technician

This is more than a service position. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in their trade, can diagnose and repair gas heating equipment confidently, and is willing to help develop our less-experienced licensed technicians into successful, productive members of the team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have strong experience servicing and troubleshooting gas heating equipment
  • Be comfortable working independently and making sound diagnostic decisions
  • Deliver professional, high-quality service to our customers
  • Help mentor and develop less-experienced licensed technicians
  • Communicate clearly with customers and fellow team members
  • Take pride in workmanship, organization, and doing the job correctly
  • Participate in ongoing technical and professional training
  • Be interested in growing with the company and taking on additional responsibility

Compensation

$30-$50 per hour based on experience, licensing, technical ability, and overall skill set.

Experienced technicians who can diagnose difficult problems, communicate effectively with customers, and help develop other technicians will be compensated accordingly.
