  • Labor force and Construction Oversight: Entails assessing the effectiveness of contractor compliance programs by reviewing CM/GC compliance systems, subcontractor compliance, compliance reports, contractor records, corrective actions, workforce documentation, certified-payroll documentation where applicable, compliance training, and internal contractor audits.
  • Technical Compliance Analysis: Evaluates technical information to determine potential compliance impacts associated with design, construction, scope, procurement, contractor, schedule, material, and project-execution strategy changes.
  • Compliance Risk: Maintain the assigned portions of the Compliance Risk Register and continuously identify emerging compliance risks, contractor performance risks, documentation gaps, regulatory risks, workforce risks, audit risks, and contractual compliance risks.
  • Audits & Assessments: Planning and conducting contractor compliance assessments, field audits, documentation audits, targeted compliance reviews, corrective-action verification, and subsequent follow-up assessments.
