We understand something simple:
Great salespeople don't need to be micromanaged. They need opportunity, support, good leadership, good tools and a place where their effort translates into REAL income. They EXPECT good managers and a good FAIR team environment that CONSISTENTLY PRODUCES AND EXECUTES AT TOP FLIGHT LEVELS!If you're the person who looks at a sales board and thinks,
"I should be at the top of that," we should probably meet.
If you're consistently one of the top producers wherever you work,
we want YOU.If you're still waiting for someone to teach you how to ask for the sale... this isn't the job for you.
If you can't show up on time for your shift, this isn't the job for you.
