Experienced Closers WantedWe are a West Houston automotive dealership looking for an experienced, highly motivated Automotive Sales Professional who knows how to prospect, follow up, close deals, and produce.
This is not an entry-level sales position.
We are looking for someone who is competitive, confident, persistent, and motivated by results. You should be the type of salesperson who doesn't sit around waiting for the next opportunity-you create it.

What We're Looking For- Automotive/car sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, overcome objections, and close
- Strong phone, text, email, and in-person sales skills
- Aggressive follow-up and consistent CRM activity
- Ability to turn leads into appointments and appointments into sales
- Strong closing mentality and confidence asking for the business
- Ability to generate repeat and referral customers
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Professional appearance and communication
- Comfortable being held accountable to sales goals and performance
- Motivated by income, opportunity, and winning
What You'll Be Doing- Work incoming dealership leads quickly and aggressively
- Prospect for new customers and create your own opportunities
- Follow up with unsold customers until you get an answer
- Set and confirm appointments
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Maintain consistent CRM follow-up
- Build a personal book of repeat and referral business
- Maintain strong product and inventory knowledge
- Consistently work toward exceeding monthly sales goals
CompensationSalary + Commission
$5,000-$30,000 Per MonthYour earning potential is directly tied to your ability to produce.
