Minimum of 1 year estimating experience in an auto body shop required
Proficient in CCC One, Mitchell, and I-Car programs
Experience with direct repair programs (DRP) preferred
Strong customer service and sales background
Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs simultaneously

Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
We pay our commissions weekly!
