Role Summary
As an Executive Support Services/Field Engineer, youll serve as a trusted technology partner to executive leaders, providing responsive support and resolving complex workplace technology issues. Youll lead high-visibility technology deployments, coordinate with technical teams and vendors, and help ensure a reliable technology experience with minimal disruption. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise while influencing technology service standards across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
• Support executive leaders with responsive technology assistance, meeting readiness, device support, and collaboration tools.
• Resolve complex endpoint, communication, collaboration, and workplace technology issues with sound technical judgment and discretion.
• Lead high-visibility technology deployments, equipment refreshes, office moves, and lifecycle initiatives from planning through stabilization.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Information Security, application teams, and vendors to deliver timely solutions.
• Communicate clearly with executives and technology partners throughout high-priority issues and projects.
• Identify recurring technology issues and partner with appropriate teams to improve reliability and prevent future disruptions.
• Maintain a high-touch support experience focused on responsiveness, professionalism, discretion, and follow-through.
Education & Experience
Required
• Associates degree in Computer/Network Servicing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting endpoint and workplace technologies, including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conference room equipment, and collaboration tools.
• 6+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, productivity tools, and network and communication technologies.
• 6+ years of experience supporting senior and executive leaders in time-sensitive or high-visibility situations.
• 6+ years of experience coordinating technology deployments, lifecycle activities, vendors, technical documentation, and project or workflow activities.
Preferred
• Experience serving as a senior technical escalation point or field engineering resource.
• Experience supporting executive technology environments within a large or regulated organization.
• Experience leading complex technology deployments, office moves, or equipment refresh initiatives.

The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
For certain positions, total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities not reflected in the posted base pay range.
$30.56 - $52.39 per hour
