We believe in Extraordinary.

As an Executive Producer with deep General Session and live show production experience, you will lead the successful delivery of complex experiences while ensuring the creative, operational, and financial health of the work.

You bring significant experience producing high-profile General Sessions, keynotes, executive presentations, and other live show environments where content, creative, technical production, talent, and audience experience must come together seamlessly. You understand both the big picture and the details required to get a show on stage, and you are comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams from early planning and creative development through rehearsals, show execution, and reconciliation.

Beyond General Session production, you are an experienced agency leader capable of overseeing complex, multi-faceted programs, building trusted senior client relationships, developing teams, managing significant budgets, and navigating multiple workstreams and partners. You are recognized as a calm, solutions-oriented leader who creates clarity, anticipates risk, and raises the standard of the work around you.
What you'll be doing
  • Lead complex programs from initial planning and creative development through production, onsite execution, and reconciliation.
  • Provide senior production leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring teams have the structure, resources, information, and support required to succeed.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of all projects within your scope while knowing when and where to engage more deeply.
  • Own the overall production approach, identifying risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and opportunities early.
  • Ensure programs are appropriately staffed and structured, partnering with resource management and discipline leads to build the right teams.
  • Champion your teams, creating an environment where people have a voice, understand expectations, and are empowered to deliver their best work.
  • Step into direct program leadership and execution when required.
General Session & Live Show Production
  • Lead the development and execution of large-scale General Sessions, keynotes, executive presentations, and live show experiences from concept through show close.
  • Partner closely with creative, content, technical, scenic, video, lighting, audio, broadcast, staging, and show teams to translate creative ambition into an executable production solution.
  • Establish the production strategy and technical approach for General Session environments, balancing creative vision, audience experience, venue realities, schedule, budget, and risk.
  • Oversee the development of production schedules, technical plans, show flows, run of show, rehearsal schedules, cueing strategies, and onsite operating plans.
  • Lead or oversee technical rehearsals, speaker rehearsals, executive rehearsals, show calls, and other critical milestones required for show readiness.
  • Understand the intersection of content and production, including presentation graphics, playback, video, demos, executive presentations, teleprompter, confidence monitoring, and other show systems.
  • Partner with content and speaker teams to ensure presenters and executives are prepared and supported from pre-production through backstage and onstage execution.
  • Anticipate production risks and develop contingency plans for technically complex or high-visibility show moments.
  • Serve as a calm and decisive senior leader onsite, particularly during rehearsals, executive reviews, technical challenges, and live show execution.
With our clients
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a strategic production partner and source of counsel.
  • Translate complex production considerations into clear recommendations that enable informed client decisions.
  • Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency capabilities and create value for both the client and agency.
  • Guide the development, writing, and presentation of program proposals, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and production approaches.
  • Ensure alignment and transparency around roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, risks, decisions, and program status.
  • Proactively identify changes in scope or production requirements and ensure their implications are clearly communicated, documented, and approved.
With our teams
  • Partner with account, strategy, creative, content, technical, digital, and production leadership to establish an integrated approach from creative development through execution.
  • Create clear leadership structures, decision-making processes, and communication rhythms across complex project teams.
  • Provide senior-level oversight and mentorship to Producers, Senior Producers, and other production team members.
  • Coach teams to think beyond task execution-anticipating challenges, understanding financial implications, solving problems, and developing stronger client relationships.
  • Partner with Resource Management to build effective teams and provide smooth integration of staff and freelance talent.
  • Participate actively in the creative briefing and development process, bringing production expertise into the conversation early.
  • Continually identify innovative production solutions, technologies, partners, and methodologies that improve the work.
  • Protect the integrity of the creative idea while ensuring solutions are executable, responsible, and aligned with client objectives.
Budget & Commercial Management
  • Develop and manage complex program budgets of up to $5 million and above, as appropriate.
  • Maintain accountability for the fiscal health of programs within your scope.
  • Participate actively in forecasting, finance reviews, and commercial decision-making.
  • Oversee third-party costs and ensure appropriate financial controls throughout the lifecycle of a program.
  • Develop and actively manage vendor, technical partner, and freelance talent relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and value engineering without compromising the integrity or quality of the experience.
  • Oversee program reconciliation and ensure costs, commitments, and client approvals are accurately managed.
If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if you also have...
  • 10-15+ years of event and experiential production experience, including significant experience leading complex B2B programs.
  • Demonstrated experience producing large-scale General Sessions, keynotes, executive presentations, or comparable live show environments.
  • Strong knowledge of live event technical production, including audio, video, lighting, staging, scenic, show control, playback, and presentation systems.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives, speakers, content teams, creative teams, technical partners, and show crews.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex pre-production, onsite production, rehearsals, and live execution.
  • Experience managing significant production budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
  • Strong program management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain composed, decisive, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure live production environments.
  • Strong client presence and the ability to communicate complex production information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies including client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams/SharePoint and/or Procim is a plus.
