About the roleCreator Command Centers are NewWorld's premier strategy offering, pairing proven narrative strategy and audience insight with a creator-led approach to reaching, moving, and mobilizing the people who matter most. This role leads that work across every command center we run for clients.
Each command center is led by a Strategy Director, Command Center, who owns its strategy and runs it day to day with a team of designers, project managers, and production staff. You manage the Strategy Directors, and through them every command center we run. You decide how people and time are shared across engagements, hold every command center to the same bar, and step in when an engagement needs senior judgment.
You also build the practice itself, from how a command center is scoped, staffed, and launched to how results are measured and turned into the next proposal. You work closely with the Head of NewWorld Strategies on where the business goes next, with the Senior Program Director on winning and staffing new work, and with Research & Insights on the audience insight every engagement depends on.
