We're looking for an Executive Assistant to own the operational surface area of the Office of the COO. You'll turn calendaring, communications, and logistics into a multiplier for the COO's impact on company outcomes, freeing the COO to focus on company-wide strategy and operational decision making.
What You'll Do Here• Own the COO's schedule and keep meetings on time; learn company priorities, when buffers are needed, which "quick calls" are actually high-priority, and when to protect personal time
• Triage and prioritize incoming email, take notes, and send action items to the right owners
• Draft routine communications on the COO's behalf, such as meeting recaps, stakeholder updates, and scheduling coordination, and proactively suggest company communications based on themes you hear across the organization
• Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and own follow-up; join select meetings to capture decisions and action items and confirm next steps and owners
• Coordinate meal orders to fit the COO's schedule
Who You Are• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, plus 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in a startup-like environment at a tech company or similar. The title you held matters less than how you operated
• Strong critical thinking: you synthesize information quickly and challenge assumptions
• Comfort with ambiguity: we won't hand you a playbook, and you'll build your own
CompensationThe US base salary for this full-time position is determined based on a variety of factors including role, experience, location, job-related skills, and relevant education and training. Career length is only a guideline for compensation.
