Holston Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Executive Director to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional care and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight of daily facility operations.
- Ensure exceptional resident care, satisfaction, and quality of life.
- Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, staffing, and operational efficiency.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Current Virginia SNF or ALF administrator license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
