Reporting to the Vice Provost for Student Formation, a new position in the Provost's Office, the Executive Director will serve as a strategic bridge between the business and non-profit sector and higher education, ensuring that Hendrix students have meaningful, career-shaping co-op experiences while strengthening the College's visibility and impact within the regional and national business community. This role requires an individual who fluently understands both the corporate world and the higher education ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings experience navigating complex organizational structures, an understanding of workforce needs and economic trends, and a deep appreciation for the mission-driven culture of a liberal arts institution.
