Position Details:

Provides executive leadership for assigned hospital, clinic, and service line operations. Partners with physicians and operational leaders to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, financial performance, quality outcomes, and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning, service line growth, and major organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with Medical Directors to develop regional centers of excellence.
  • Provide oversight and support to department leaders across hospital and clinic operations.
  • Drive operational performance, quality, patient safety, and customer service improvements.
  • Lead budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term planning efforts.
  • Mentor and develop leaders while promoting engagement, recruitment, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Champion LEAN principles and continuous process improvement.
  • Foster collaboration across departments, providers, and executive leadership.

Qualifications:
