Paid Leadership Development Opportunity
Capstone Transportation is looking for a driven, people-first leader that wants to grow fast, take ownership, and make a meaningful impact in their community. As part of our Executive Director Track, you'll receive hands-on operational training, mentorship, and the opportunity to step into full operational leadership upon completion.
This program is built for leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit - people who want to drive the mission, take responsibility, face challenge, and the chance to build something that matters.
Why This Role Matters
Capstone provides compassionate ambulance and non-emergent medical transportation, ensuring individuals can access the care they need. Our mission is to dignify and transform the medical transportation experience. You'll help lead that mission by learning how to run a high-performing operation from the ground up.
What You'll Do (CIT Experience)
You'll spend 6-8 months learning how to lead a full Capstone operation. This includes:
- Financial management & P&L exposure (from document: "Strong financial management")
- Clinical operations & quality oversight
- Team leadership, coaching, and development
- Strategic growth and community partnership
- Shadowing seasoned leaders and executing real initiatives
This is a paid, immersive leadership track designed to prepare you to run your own operation.
What Awaits You After the Program
Upon successful completion, you'll step into the Executive Director role - owning the vision, direction, and operational performance of your market.
What We're Looking For
Leadership & Experience
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
- Healthcare experience preferred (not required)
