Silver Birch of Mansfield is seeking an experienced and engaging
Executive Director to lead our community.
This is an opportunity to step into the first Silver Birch community in Ohio, lead a dedicated team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and families.
Your ImpactAs Executive Director, you'll lead the overall success of the community-bringing together strong operations, an engaged team, financial performance, and an exceptional resident experience.
You will:
- Lead day-to-day operations and overall community performance
- Drive occupancy growth and maintain strong census
- Create an exceptional experience for residents and families
- Coach and develop department leaders while building an engaged, accountable team
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Ensure the community meets operational, regulatory, and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care
- Licensed Ohio nursing home administrator (preferred)
- Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
- Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and passion for serving seniors
