Job SummaryThe
Executive Chef provides culinary leadership for a premier corporate dining and hospitality operation, overseeing café service, executive dining, catering, and client events. This role is responsible for menu development, food quality, food safety compliance, inventory management, labor controls, and the supervision and development of culinary team members.
The Executive Chef ensures exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily operations, high-volume production, and special event execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all culinary functions for the account, including café service, executive dining, catering, and special events.
- Manage and develop culinary associates while promoting a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Plan, create, and execute menus that align with guest expectations, client needs, and account standards.
- Oversee food quality, presentation, consistency, and overall guest experience.
- Manage cost controls, labor, purchasing, inventory, and account expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and company standards.
- Support high-volume production and catering execution.
- Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications- Culinary degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience.
- High-volume production and catering experience required.
- Previous experience managing food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, and other cost controls.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top foodservice company.
