Full Job Description
Description

We're looking for a business partner to own the CEO's world - his time, priorities, calendar, travel, and board. Carrying real organizational weight, you'll gate access, protect his focus, and ensure execution. If your career is built on helping exceptional leaders operate at their best, this is your seat.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Own the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly agenda - end to end, with full accountability for how his time is spent.
  • Manage and gate all of his interfaces - know when to say no on his behalf, protect his focus, and keep every relationship intact while doing it.
  • Represent the CEO in front of investors, board members, and senior external stakeholders when needed.
  • Handle all travel logistics - US trips, international flights, accommodations, and accompanying the CEO on the road.
  • Work directly with legal, finance, and data teams - track action items, prepare materials, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Independently prioritize on his behalf - you understand what matters this week and act accordingly without waiting to be told.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree required. Business, communications, or any related field.
  • 5+ years as an EA or Chief of Staff to a CEO or founder - you've been in this seat before, and you know how it works.
  • Experience in a global cybersecurity company.
  • Startup experience is a must. You understand the pace, the ambiguity, and the expectation to figure things out.
  • Cross-cultural fluency. You work easily with diverse, global stakeholders and adapt to different styles.
  • Executive-level English, written and verbal. You represent the CEO in writing and in rooms.
  • Commanding, professional presence, investor and board-facing. You hold the room.
  • Sharp independent judgment - you know what to escalate, what to handle, and what to cut.
  • Discreet and trustworthy. Everything goes through you.

WHY JOIN JAZZ

  • You'll have real organizational influence and a strategic seat next to the CEO.
  • Direct exposure to investor relations and the decisions shaping the company's future.
  • Work with a fast-moving team that is redefining how the security industry handles data protection.
  • Room to grow - the right person in this role becomes an indispensable part of how the company operates.
  • Be part of a company that moves fast, thinks boldly, and has the product to back it up.

This role is fully on-site in Boston, MA. Daily in-office presence is required.
