Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple directors, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports in compliance with company guidelines.
- Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and engagement activities that strengthen team culture and collaboration across the organization.
- Prepare and curate content for meetings, presentations, and communications on behalf of leaders, partnering with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and program management teams.
- Partner with Amazon's facilities team to address onsite office needs for the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows for your leaders and their teams.
About the team
Our team designs and builds the hardware that powers AWS. As the team continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated onsite Executive Assistant who can keep our directors connected, organized, and focused on delivering results. You will work alongside engineers, program managers, and operations partners who are all working toward the same mission.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
