The Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) Exam Management team is responsible for orchestrating and supporting regulatory, internal, and external exam activities across the CTPO Program. This high-impact role requires strong process discipline, data-driven decisioning, and the ability to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across all Lines of Business and Corporate functions. 

As an Examiner in CTPO Exam Management, you will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across all Lines of Business and Corporate functions, gaining broad exposure and making a tangible impact on the firm’s risk and compliance landscape. Job responsibilities 

  • Consistently lead the preparation of substantive, high-quality written responses to CTPO exam-related inquiries, ensuring messaging aligns with firm-wide objectives.
  • Proactively collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, becoming a trusted CTPO Program subject matter expert and providing expert guidance.
  • Effectively synthesize complex information and present key themes in a clear, compelling manner to diverse audiences, including executives and regulators.
  • Thoroughly conduct program overview sessions and prepare stakeholders for executive and regulatory meetings, ensuring alignment and readiness.
  • Reliably drive and manage related projects and initiatives, delivering results under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Accurately prepare internal reporting, metrics, and ongoing thematic analyses of global activities, providing actionable insights to CTPO management.
  • Diligently monitor exam timelines and coordinate deliverables to meet regulatory and internal deadlines.
  • Strategically identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance exam management efficiency.
  • Promptly respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership and regulators, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all Lines of Business and Corporate functions.
  • Regularly review and update exam management documentation to ensure compliance and reflect current best practices.
