Full Job Description
We're hiring an Events & Creative Marketer to run Strella's events end to end and make the creative that brings them, and our brand, to life.
**The role**
You'll own Strella's events from the first idea to the last follow-up, and the creative that goes with them. Events lead, and creative is a core part of the job: invites, booths, recap content, social graphics and brand creative, made by you or with our freelance partners.
In 2027 that's about 20-24 of our own events, a handful of major industry conferences, and a steady stream of video and design.
**What you'll do**
**Own our events, end to end**
- Produce our owned events program: recurring dinners and gatherings for insights and brand leaders, plus a few bigger cultural moments
- Run our presence at sponsored conferences: booth, speaking support and the side event we host around each one
- Build the events engine: standard formats, a reusable kit (invite list, templates, run of show, follow-up), and a go-to roster of venues and vendors, with freelance event support for the bigger moments
- Work with sales: you build the room and the experience; AEs fill seats, host and follow up
- Track what each event produces (attendees, meetings, pipeline) with marketing and sales
**Own creative for events**
- Make event creative: invites, booth and signage, event decks, swag and recap posts
- Make brand creative with the marketing team: social graphics, campaign visuals and simple sales assets
- Do design work yourself, and bring in and manage freelance designers when a project needs more hands: briefs, feedback, timelines and budgets
- Keep everything on brand, from the invite to the recap
**Turn events into content**
- Capture every event (photos, short video, quick interviews) and hand it to social, the newsletter and sales
- Help produce customer story videos when they come out of events or customer relationships
- Work with our marketing team and our agencies so the story is consistent from the stage to the feed
**What you bring**
- 5-8 years producing events, at an agency, an experiential or production company, or an in-house brand or marketing team
- A portfolio of events you ran, including the creative around them
- Experience managing event vendors and freelance creatives, including briefs, feedback and budgets
- Taste: you know when something is good, and you can explain why
- Organization under pressure: several events and projects in flight at once, with nothing dropped
- Hands-on design skills: you're comfortable in Figma, Canva or Adobe and can make polished creative yourself
- Comfort in the room: greeting guests, working with execs, keeping a dinner on track
- Willingness to travel for conferences and events
**Bonus:** experience in B2B, market research, consumer brands or CPG; experience shooting or producing video.
