Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and innovative Full Stack Engineer to help build a next-generation engineering metrics platform. The role involves developing measurement, adoption, and AI cost-governance solutions, including GitHub Copilot insights and budget automation. The engineer will contribute to a company-wide portal used by leaders, engineers, and senior management, delivering insights into engineering metrics, AI adoption, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop full-stack features using React and NestJS to support engineering metrics, GitHub Copilot adoption, and AI cost management.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs that integrate with enterprise platforms such as GitHub Enterprise, Power BI, and AWS.
• Automate GitHub Copilot budget governance using Python.
• Build measurement, adoption, and AI cost-governance solutions, including budget automation and engineering insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting capabilities to support engineering metrics and decision-making.
• Deliver production-ready releases through Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Rapidly prototype new concepts, technologies, and AI-assisted development methods.
• Apply enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture to build scalable software solutions.
• Clarify user requirements, define accurate use cases, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Collaborate with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.
• Apply quality engineering and automation practices while exploring and evaluating new technologies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of technology experience in the development, commercialization, and implementation of new technologies in financial or high-tech environments.
• Comprehensive experience in end-to-end software solution engineering within a fast-paced Scrum environment.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience with the ability to contribute to technology leadership.
• Experience with programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong development skills in Node.js using the NestJS framework.
• Demonstrated experience with API design and development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database design and Power BI Embedded reporting.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful services and proficiency with Jenkins, NPM, and Git/GitHub.
• Experience with AWS services, including S3, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Front-end development experience using React, TypeScript, Redux, and Material UI.
• Extensive experience developing dashboards using D3.js, Recharts, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience developing software as a Full Stack Developer on an Agile/Scrum team.
• Strong problem-solving skills in quality engineering and automation, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
