Position Summary

In support of Morehouse School of Medicine's Vision; "Leading the creation and advancement of health equity," the Department of Information Technology is seeking an ETL Developer.

The ETL Developer will design, code and support multiple integrations. They will be a critical component in the movement of data between the data warehouse and all other systems at Morehouse School of Medicine. The developer will be responsible for building, monitoring, and supporting all data translations and transfer protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Math, MIS, Information Technology, Business or related field. Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university.

Experience:
• 3+ years as a developer within a technology-driven organization
• 2+ years of data & analytics development or comparable experience
• 3+ years working with either Oracle or SQL Server Databases
• 2+ years of experience working with a commercial data warehousing analytical solution (Azure SQL Warehouse, COGNOS, MicroStrategy etc...)
• 3+ years of experience building interfaces using (API, FTP, SFTP) data transfer methods
• 3+ years of experience in Java or C#
• Experience using SQL Server integration tools.

Job Duties

• Working with data management teams on delivering the needed data.
• Coding integrations using multiple programming and scripting languages
• Writing SQLs to extract data from databases when needed.
• Transferring Data using multiple data transfer methods.
