Estate Planning Attorney- Maryland Licensed
Location: [Gaithersburg, Greenbelt, or Frederick, MD] • Full-Time

We are seeking a Maryland-licensed Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing estate planning practice. This is a commission-based opportunity, with compensation and earning potential commensurate with the attorney's experience, qualifications, and ability to develop and convert estate planning business.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, motivated attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, building trusted relationships, and helping individuals and families develop comprehensive estate plans.
You will have the opportunity to use your legal expertise while building and expanding a strong portfolio of estate planning clients within the firm's established practice and support structure.What We're Looking For
  • Active Maryland Bar license in good standing
  • J.D. degree from accredited law school
  • 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred.
  • Strong legal writing, drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable conducting client consultations and confidently communicating
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in developing new business and building client base
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in commission-based structure
  • Strong follow through, organization, and attention to detail
