Position Summary The Escrow and Payment Solutions Director owns the client experience from the moment a deal kicks off through closing and into post-closing administration - whether SRSA is engaged as Escrow Agent or Paying Agent for pre-closing solicitation. In practice, that means acting as the quarterback across clients (typically attorneys, private equity professionals, and CFOs), internal Operations team, and the Relationship Associate team, and other internal support teams to make sure the right people get paid the right amounts at the right time, every time.
This is a highly cross-functional, relationship-driven role as opposed to a purely technical one.
