What You'll Do
- Manage and support day-to-day ERP system operations and administration.
- Act as the primary liaison between headquarters and subsidiary teams for ERP-related communications and initiatives.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to maximize system effectiveness.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate ongoing maintenance activities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, and continuous improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of ERP system administration, operations, or support experience.
- 5+ years of experience participating in ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
- Experience with ERP-related development technologies, such as:
- SAP ABAP
- Oracle Forms
- Java
- Similar ERP development platforms and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and business process issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global ERP environments or coordinating ERP operations between headquarters and international subsidiaries.
- Understanding of ITIL-based IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend innovative system improvements.
- ERP-related certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate, Information Processing Engineer, CPA, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
The anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $88,275 to $117,700 plus annual bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
