Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the ERP roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and mentor ERP analysts and product owners, fostering continuous improvement.
• Oversee ERP system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for ERP initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and external partners to design and deliver solutions.
• Manage ERP licensing, monitor usage, and optimize costs.
• Analyze upcoming releases, assess impacts, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Lead release planning, testing, and deployment of updates and new features.
• Act as liaison between the ERP team and stakeholders, representing the company in dealer groups.
• Coordinate training, documentation, and user support for new functionality.
• Monitor feedback and business outcomes, driving enhancements for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain automated test libraries and quality assurance processes.
