This leader will work across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Internal Controls, SAP, and implementation partners to prepare impacted teams for new systems, processes, controls, roles, and ways of working.
This role will translate the ERP transformation roadmap into an executable change and training strategy. The Change and Training Manager will assess organizational impacts, identify affected stakeholder groups, develop targeted communications and learning plans, and measure adoption throughout design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
The ideal candidate combines experience leading change for large-scale Finance or technology transformations with strong program management and stakeholder-influence skills. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, communicating complex changes in practical terms, and working with leaders and employees across global organizations. This person will not simply create communications and training materials; they will identify barriers to adoption, establish mechanisms to address them, and ensure impacted teams can operate effectively in the future-state environment.
The role requires knowledge of organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning design, training delivery, adoption measurement, and business transformation. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, or comparable global Finance transformation programs is highly preferred.

• Partner with leaders to clarify future-state roles, responsibilities, operating mechanisms, and organizational expectations.
• Support deployment and stabilization by coordinating user support, reinforcement communications, refresher training, and adoption interventions.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors supporting change management, communications, and training delivery.
