Join the Lockheed Martin Production Operations One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) Plan to Stock (PTS) Information Technology (IT) team as an IT Business Analyst (ITBA) supporting the Integrated Manufacturing Master Data (IMMD) function within our SAP S/4HANA environment. This position plays a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting master data processes that enable production operations across the enterprise. The successful candidate will combine deep SAP functional knowledge with hands-on technical and integration experience to deliver accurate, standardized master data across systems and value streams.

This role bridges business process understanding with system realization across key modules - Material Management (MM), Product Lifecycle Management System Integration (PLMSI), Master Data Governance (MDG), and Production Engineering and Operations (PEO) - to ensure data integrity, alignment, and usability for manufacturing and logistics execution.

This position can be based at any Lockheed Martin location or performed fully remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design integrated master data processes that support manufacturing, procurement, and production operations.
  • Lead and coordinate design discussions across Production Operations and technical teams to align master data requirements and governance standards.
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PLMSI, MDG, and PEO) to support consistent and accurate master data creation, maintenance, and usage.
  • Author and maintain functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and data governance automation.
  • Collaborate closely with ABAP developers and technical architects to standardize and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support data migration, validation, and conversion activities during system cutovers and production transitions.
  • Develop and coordinate documentation, testing procedures, and end-user training for master data management processes.
  • Recommend and implement S/4HANA innovations and process improvements related to master data across the production value stream.
  • Utilize Jira and SAP Focused Build to manage requirements, design deliverables, and project workflows.


Basic Qualifications
• Significant experience with SAP S/4HANA in one or more of the following areas: Material Management (MM), Product Lifecycle Management System Integration (PLMSI), Master Data Governance (MDG), or Production Engineering and Operations (PEO)
• Experience designing and supporting integrated master data processes across manufacturing and production environments
• Experience authoring functional specifications based on business requirements and translating them into technical design deliverables
• Experience collaborating with ABAP developers to design, standardize, and implement customized functional solutions
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets, identify data quality issues, and facilitate data-driven decisions
• Experience defining or supporting governance structures and validation rules for master data objects
• Ability to apply functional SAP knowledge to improve operational efficiency and standardization across production operations
• Experience supporting full system lifecycle activities, including gap analysis, requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, and post go-live support
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills involving the integration of multiple IT systems
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to converse fluently between technical and functional audiences
• U.S. Citizenship required, as this role supports systems related to national defense

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $145100.00 - $269500.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $129000.00 - $239600.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $116100.00 - $215700.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
