Full Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and service-oriented Manager, Equity Administration and Executive Compensation to join our Compensation team. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient day-to-day administration of the company's global stock plans, with a strong focus on international equity administration and cross-functional partnership. Reporting to the Senior Director of Compensation, the Manager will lead team operations, drive process improvements, and serve as a key subject-matter expert and escalation point within the function. The ideal candidate combines strong technical equity skills, excellent communication, and a developing leadership approach that empowers their team to deliver with precision and consistency.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the company's equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and related transactions
  • Manage the full lifecycle of equity transactions (approvals, grants, vests, exercises, releases, terminations) with high precision, serving as the escalation point for complex edge cases and reconciliation discrepancies
  • Serve as the primary liaison between departments including Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, People (HR), and Legal, as well as external partners such as our stock plan provider, broker, and transfer agent
  • Manage global equity payroll reporting, annual filings, and compliance with SEC, IRS, tax, international, and accounting requirements
  • Partner with Legal and Morgan Stanley to ensure compliance with required Section 16 officer reporting and filings
  • Maintain equity documents in the equity system and partner with international People Team members to ensure all documents are updated in a timely and compliant manner
  • Manage employee communications, education, and support related to equity compensation programs, including seeking solutions to reduce manual support volume
  • Assist with preparing materials for the Board to facilitate approval of new equity grants, and assist in delivering high-level insights and modeling on burn rates, dilution, and granting scenarios for executive audiences
  • Assist with executive compensation disclosures, including proxy statement/CD&A preparation and related SEC filings
  • Partner with Total Rewards leadership, Finance, and Legal to support the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives (STI), long-term incentives (LTI), and executive perquisites
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including People (HR), Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Accounting teams to align compensation programs with organizational goals and business strategy
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and provide consultative support on compensation-related matters
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and executive compensation information
  • Identify opportunities to improve process optimization and documentation for SOX compliance, internal controls, and overall administration-leveraging automation and AI tools to design repeatable systems and eliminate manual work

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 7+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in equity administration within a global public company or stock plan provider, including experience managing people
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation practices, proxy disclosure requirements, SEC regulations, and corporate governance principles
  • Experience supporting Compensation Committee materials and executive compensation analyses preferred
  • Knowledge of equity compensation administration, including tax and accounting implications
  • Strong knowledge of global equity compliance; knowledge of international equity taxation laws is a plus
  • Completion of CEP designation (or in progress) a plus
  • Familiarity with Solium/Shareworks Global Compliance is strongly preferred
  • Mobile employee taxation knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience working with Morgan Stanley Shareworks strongly preferred
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, combining flexibility with a collaborative, team-first approach to work
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, identify root causes of complex issues, and implement scalable solutions
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to complete tasks with high accuracy and minimal supervision
  • Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
