  • Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Willow-related enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
  • Provide consultative guidance and workflow recommendations to improve medication management, operational efficiency, and user experience
  • Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into system configuration and functional specifications
  • Facilitate design sessions, requirements gathering meetings, workflow reviews, and solution validation activities
  • Lead small to medium complexity projects and workstreams through all phases of the system development lifecycle
  • Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution activities
  • Participate in upgrade planning, new functionality evaluations, and release management activities
  • Develop and maintain application documentation, design specifications, testing plans, and change control documentation
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between operational goals, clinical workflows, and technical solutions
  • Support end-user adoption through knowledge sharing, workflow education, and collaboration with training teams
  • Provide production support, incident management, and on-call support as required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and business partners while serving as a trusted advisor

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
