Job Description
Superlanet is recruiting for an Epic Technical Analyst for our Managed Services team located in San Diego, California. This is a full-time/direct-hire opportunity. This role will be performed in a hybrid capacity with travel to client locations as needed.

This person will be responsible for supporting Epic technical readiness, workstation deployment, printer mapping, endpoint configuration, peripheral setup, site assessments, troubleshooting, cutover activities, and go-live support across healthcare organizations. The analyst will work closely with desktop, network, Epic application, operational, and project teams to ensure Epic environments are technically prepared for implementations, upgrades, Community Connect deployments, and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct onsite and remote technical readiness assessments for hospitals, clinics, ambulatory practices, and healthcare facilities.
  • Build, configure, test, deploy, and troubleshoot Epic workstations and endpoint devices.
  • Inventory and validate PCs, printers, scanners, badge readers, signature devices, label printers, and other Epic-related peripherals.
  • Perform workstation configuration, software installation, system validation, and deployment support.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Epic printer mapping, label printing, and peripheral connectivity issues.
  • Identify hardware, software, connectivity, configuration, and deployment gaps that could impact Epic readiness.
  • Maintain technical documentation, device inventories, testing results, issue logs, and deployment status reports.
  • Coordinate technical dependencies with desktop, network, Epic application, project, and operational teams.
  • Participate in technical dress rehearsals (TDRs), cutovers, workstation deployments, command centers, and go-live support activities.
  • Support Epic implementations, Community Connect deployments, optimizations, upgrades, and Managed Services initiatives.
  • Track and resolve technical issues through completion or escalation.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an Epic Technical Analyst, Desktop Support Analyst, Systems Administrator, Endpoint Support Analyst, Deployment Analyst, or similar IT role.
  • Extensive experience with Windows workstation configuration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Expert-level knowledge of workstation deployment, endpoint support, printer mapping, and technical readiness activities.
  • Experience supporting Epic environments, implementations, deployments, upgrades, go-lives, or production operations.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting printers, scanners, label printers, badge readers, signature devices, and related healthcare peripherals.
  • Ability to conduct technical assessments and document hardware, software, device, and connectivity environments.
  • Experience supporting workstation deployments, equipment replacements, testing, cutovers, and go-live activities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical teams, operational stakeholders, and client leadership.
  • Ability to travel and work onsite as required for healthcare deployments and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic certification, accreditation, proficiency, or technical Epic training.
  • Experience supporting Epic Community Connect implementations.
  • Experience with ambulatory, physician-practice, or multi-site healthcare deployments.
  • Experience supporting technical dress rehearsals, command centers, cutovers, and go-lives.
  • Healthcare IT consulting or Managed Services experience.
  • Experience independently leading site-readiness assessments and deployment activities.
  • Familiarity with Epic workstation configuration, printing, and peripheral requirements.


Benefits

Salary range based on qualifications and experience $90,000 - $110,000
