Description

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support internal users in a courteous, caring, and proactive manner
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing direct support for Epic.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge and expertise in Epic functionality and workflows.
  • Current and active Epic certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, build and test systems, and implement requested changes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with users, teams, and Epic representatives
  • Demonstrated initiative, ethical standards, and respect for privacy and safety protocols


What You Will Do:

Provide software support to internal customers for applicable operating systems and associated subsystems. Manage and prioritize maintenance, upgrades, and efficient use of software systems. Serve as the liaison between end users and technical staff to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs.
  • Act as the primary support contact for the application's end-users
  • Identify and resolve issues within the application and across other teams
  • Guide workflow design, system building, testing, and analysis of technical issues
  • Implement system changes as requested by stakeholders
  • Communicate regularly with Epic representatives and attend project team meetings
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet project deliverables and timelines
  • Develop an understanding of operational needs and assist in workflow optimization
  • Provide training and support for end users
  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain effective communication with leadership
  • Monitor project status, deliverables, and team communications
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


Requirements

Strongly Preferred:
  • EPIC Cadence Certification
  • EPIC Prelude Certification
  • EPIC RTE Certification
  • EPIC Referrals Certification
