EPC Project Pursuit ManagerSummary/ObjectiveResponsibilities: - Provide leadership in the sales process to qualify, develop, quote and deliver large and complex capital projects to our customers successfully.
- Determine and successfully execute the project pursuit strategy across multiple external stakeholders including EPCs, OEMs, Contractors and other Influencers.
- Collaborate professionally with all appropriate internal pursuit team members including Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Project Engineers, the Project Group Manager and the National Sales Director.
- Responsible for tracking and summarizing project pipeline for defined projects.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or equivalent preferred) and at least 5 years relevant experience in sales or business development (experience working with EPCs is preferred).
- Ability to create a positive environment for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- People management and team leadership skills.
- Strong communication and Presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of project execution fundamentals, which includes basic knowledge of project management, project engineering, project controls, FEED deliverables, basic project execution work processes.
- Strong knowledge of professional selling techniques for large capital projects.
- Reasonable and basic knowledge of process industries required. Knowledge should include basic process fundamentals and operations requirements for industries including, but not limited to: Oil & Gas, Liquefied Natural Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical and Power Generation.
- Travel required: 30%
