Expressions of interest are being accepted from employees who wish to work as an IT Business Systems Analyst for the CARE+ Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Project.
Role purpose: Provide structured analysis of workflows, requirements, decisions and impacts and support cross-site standardization, process design and readiness activities.
Key responsibilities- Document current-state and future-state workflows, business rules, roles, handoffs, exceptions and pain points.
- Elicit and clarify requirements and maintain traceability from requirements to configuration, testing, training and acceptance.
- Ensure requirements, decisions and supporting documentation are complete, approved and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate gap analysis and support decisions that promote standardized MAHC and OSMH workflows where appropriate and operationally feasible
- Create process maps, decision records, requirements documents, test scenarios, job-aid inputs and change-impact content.
- Maintain SharePoint / program repository structures and ensure working documents are controlled and accessible.
- Support UAT, defect clarification, data validation, cutover and post-go-live workflow stabilization.
Primary outputs/deliverables- Approved process maps and workflow documentation
- Documented and approved requirements
- Requirements traceability matrices
- Test scenarios and validation evidence
- Controlled workstream documentation and decision record
Qualifications & Experience- Experience documenting workflows, requirements and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
- Experience with process mapping and testing activities.
- Healthcare, clinical or operational experience considered an asset.
Location: South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (SMMH) located in Bracebridge, Huntsville District Memorial Hospital (HDMH) located in Huntsville and Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital (OSMH) located in Orillia.

Project Duration: Approximately18 months. Upon completion of this project, you will return to your primary role.
