Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of environmental consulting experience
2+ years of project management experience
Knowledge of oil and gas industry standards, preferably with orphan well experience
Familiarity with Ohio VAP, BUSTR, RCRA, CERCLA, and TSCA frameworks
Strong communication and technical writing skills
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred
Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
Manage environmental and oil/gas projects from scoping through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.
Oversee and conduct Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
Direct soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, soil vapor, and stormwater sampling.
Prepare technical reports, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Serve as a key client contact and mentor junior staff.
Support business development and proposal efforts.
Regulatory-facing expertise and leadership, preferably with Ohio EPA and ODNR.

Phase II ESA leadership, environmental sampling, and compliance-driven project work

What You Bring:

Salary Range:
The starting salary range for this position is $100,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and certifications.
