Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
5-7 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety roles
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidelines
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Proficient in conducting safety audits and risk assessments
Responsibilities
Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Train employees on safety protocols and compliance
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes
Compile and analyze EHS performance metrics
