At ALG, you'll have the autonomy to work independently and collaborate with experienced colleagues, offering you the flexibility to contribute your ideas and shape project outcomes. Typical assignments include preparing lifecycle analyses, carbon accounting, emission inventories and permit applications, conducting engineering feasibility analyses, developing compliance and contingency plans, and supporting routine compliance reporting under federal, state, and local regulations. Your role will also involve conducting compliance assessments and audits for client operations, allowing you to build valuable industry connections and broaden your professional network.
This is a client-facing position; candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of engineering principles, strong written and verbal communication skills, and resourceful decision making. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work independently, to research and propose solutions to complex technical and regulatory challenges, and engage efficiently with colleagues and senior staff. All ALG staff are expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, which can be leveraged to expand our practice.
The Details- Locations: Camarillo, CA
- BS in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent. Candidates with a Masters are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with strong analytical skills using Excel and other platforms are encouraged to apply.
- Previous Experience: Some regulatory experience preferred (agency, industry or consulting). Internships and other related work experience are a plus.
- Compensation: Comprehensive compensation package, including health insurance, profit sharing, retirement, performance bonuses, and competitive salaries. Annual salary of $80,000-$100,000 based on experience.
