What you'll do day-to-dayParticipants in the program will join the firm as full-time employees for approximately six months. During that time, they'll be responsible for proposing, researching, and preparing plans for new business ideas. Promising ideas will move to the execution stage and will be backed by the firm, and the EIR will be expected to play a lead role in executing these ideas.
What we're looking for- Candidates should have a proven ability to generate, research, and lead ventures, along with domain knowledge in fintech, insurtech, and data analytics.
- Creative idea-generators with excellent critical thinking, analytical, execution, and communication skills are highly sought after.
- Superb team-building and teamwork capabilities are required.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $175,000 to $250,000.
