As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, evaluating, and optimizing enterprise technology solutions that enhance organizational performance, security, scalability, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
- Assesses applications, infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise systems to identify technical gaps, inefficiencies, integration challenges, underutilized technologies, and areas of technical debt, then develops innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Serves as a strategic technical leader for enterprise application architecture, system integration, data architecture, automation, and technology governance.
Salary Range:This is a non-exempt position. The starting salary range is $161,544 - $201,930; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice. Could be subjected to on-call status.
Education/Experience:You must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, applied statistics, or a closely related field and ten years of experience related to technical architecture, system integration, or enterprise solutions engineering are required. Experience related to financial services is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU's chosen authority.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), TOGAF, or ITIL are preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems, including servers, networks, databases, middleware platforms, cloud services, and system integrations, with the ability to evaluate interdependencies and drive technology alignment across environments.
- Demonstrated expertise assessing complex technology environments, identifying architectural gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and developing scalable solutions that enhance performance, reliability, security, and operational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction, exercising sound judgment, initiative, accountability, and strategic thinking while delivering high-quality outcomes and navigating complex organizational challenges.
- Exceptional collaboration, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and organizational leaders to drive alignment, achieve shared objectives, and support enterprise initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks, including experience applying structured approaches to technology strategy, roadmap development, governance, and long-term organizational planning is preferred.
- Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with an understanding of cloud architecture, services, governance, and modern infrastructure design principles is preferred.
