Compensation: $130,000-$160,000 annually
The Enterprise Schedule Analyst will work across program, project, engineering, and mission-partner teams to develop, maintain, integrate, and analyze enterprise-level schedules. The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise scheduling expertise along with complementary experience in systems engineering or artificial intelligence (AI) to support complex program execution.
Your Impactful Duties:- Develop, manage, maintain, and analyze integrated program, project, and enterprise schedules using Microsoft Project/Project Server or other Government-approved scheduling tools.
- Collect and integrate schedule data across programs, projects, technical teams, and mission partners.
- Conduct critical path, dependency, milestone, and schedule risk analyses to identify potential impacts and areas of concern.
- Perform what-if and scenario analyses to evaluate schedule changes, achievability, and associated risks.
- Maintain schedule baselines, key milestones, dependencies, and technical roadmaps across multiple efforts.
- Develop reports, Gantt charts, dashboards, and other schedule visualizations for program reviews and leadership awareness.
- Communicate schedule status, risks, deviations, dependencies, and recommended mitigation actions to program teams and leadership.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain accurate schedule inputs and ensure appropriate integration across programs and projects.
- Support enterprise planning, capability release coordination, and other schedule-driven activities.
- Recommend process improvements and corrective actions to strengthen scheduling practices and program execution.
Requirements:- An active TS/SCI or active TS with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in program scheduling, integrated master scheduling, project controls, program management, or a related field, including hands-on experience using Atlassian Confluence to support program and scheduling activities.
- Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex schedules using Microsoft Project or a comparable enterprise scheduling tool.
- Experience performing schedule analysis, including:
- Critical path analysis
- Dependency identification and management
- Milestone tracking
- Schedule baseline management
- Schedule risk and impact analysis
- What-if/scenario analysis
- Experience coordinating schedule inputs and dependencies across multiple programs, projects, technical teams, or stakeholder groups.
- Ability to develop and communicate schedule reports, Gantt charts, visualizations, and status information to program teams and leadership.
- Experience or demonstrated knowledge in Systems Engineering or Artificial Intelligence (AI), in addition to enterprise scheduling experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:- Previous experience supporting NGA, the Intelligence Community, or another complex Federal mission environment.
- Experience applying scheduling expertise within a systems engineering, technical program management, acquisition, or enterprise integration environment.
- Experience supporting systems engineering activities, technical roadmaps, capability development, or program lifecycle planning.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools, automation, or analytics to improve scheduling, forecasting, reporting, analysis, or program execution.
- Experience using Microsoft Project Server or similar enterprise scheduling or portfolio management platforms.
- Experience developing or improving scheduling processes, standards, governance, or integrated planning practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level planning, capability releases, cross-program dependencies, or major program milestones.
- Experience presenting complex schedule information, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and program stakeholders.
- Experience providing guidance or oversight to junior or mid-level scheduling personnel.
Compensation:The anticipated annual salary range for this position is
$130,000-$160,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, clearance level, job-related knowledge and skills, customer requirements, and other applicable business factors.
