Who you are:

As an Enterprise Risk Supervisor you will serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, leading risk governance, oversight, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen risk management practices, support strategic initiatives, and promote a strong risk culture across the organization. You'll mentor a team of risk professionals while driving key programs suc, risk event management, and KRIs, always taking action with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary Enterprise Risk advisor for business lines, promoting a strong risk culture through effective guidance, challenge, and escalation
  • Promote a strong risk culture by ensuring risk frameworks are translated into business processes, controls, and risk-management activities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of risk professionals by providing leadership, coaching, oversight, and quality assurance across enterprise risk activities
  • Lead the governance and continuous enhancement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) documentation and Process, Risk, and Control inventory (PRCi) practices, ensuring documentation supports effective risk management
  • Oversee the execution and quality of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program by providing guidance, identifying trends and themes, and ensuring risks and control gaps are properly escalated and addressed
  • Direct risk event management activities by providing governance and oversight over remediation efforts, monitoring risk trends, and ensuring timely resolution of risks
  • Oversee the development and continuous improvement of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support risk-informed decision-making
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management initiatives, frameworks, and governance practices
  • Provide risk governance and oversight for business environment changes and strategic initiatives to support effective integration of risk management practices throughout change management initiatives

  • Strong working knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management frameworks, internal controls, and risk governance practices
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex risk initiatives and drive remediation across multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk impacts and control effectiveness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present risk insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to develop clear and concise risk reporting
