The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our ERM team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia's people, intellectual property, information, product, property, and financial assets. As the Team Lead, DC Risk, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our Distribution Centre (DC) environments by supporting the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss while identifying opportunities to improve our processes and coaching other team members. THE ROLE

As the Team Lead, DC Risk, you will support with safeguarding:

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Team Lead, DC Risk, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
