You will play a pivotal role in managing the prevention, detection, and resolution of loss at our Distribution Centres (DCs) by ensuring the flawless execution of DC risk management practices, while identifying and addressing opportunities to improve our practices. THE ROLEAs the Senior Manager / Manager, DC Risk, you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
- Establish Aritzia's approach to Enterprise Risk Management
- Safeguard our people, our clients, and our communities
- Safeguard our intellectual property, personal information, and corporate information
- Safeguard our merchandise, physical assets, and financial assets
THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Manager / Manager, DC Risk, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
