Receive and assess assigned non-program project requests, PMO initiatives, executive assignments, operational improvements, and cross-functional tasks.
Clarify the business need, sponsor, objectives, expected outcomes, scope boundaries, priority, urgency, stakeholders, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and required decisions.
