Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Business Development, or related fields at a top tech company.
• High emotional intelligence to read interpersonal dynamics and adapt accordingly.
• Coachable and open-minded, able to embrace and integrate feedback.
• Strong first-principles thinking; capable of breaking down complex problems into fundamental components.
• Deep understanding of tech products, including technical design and integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests and collaborate with engineering teams on product delivery.
• Drive engineering execution by prioritizing tasks and maintaining clear communication.
• Work across engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate customer progress updates and handle meetings as necessary.
• Execute customer demos, PoCs, and presentations across various stages of product delivery.
