Responsibilities

Own sales enablement content for Meta's enterprise AI portfolio (including Meta Model API and Muse models), translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise buyers
• Develop fluency in the technical enterprise buying committee - CTOs, CIOs, Solutions Architects, Chief AI Officers, and the practitioners who influence them - understanding their priorities, evaluation criteria, and decision-making processes
• Partner with product marketing, sales, comms, and partner marketing on go-to-market execution for launches such as new model and feature releases
• Develop annual plans tied to product and business goals, identify and report on key metrics, and adapt plans based on evolving stakeholder needs
• Operate with a test-and-learn, data-driven mindset while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Leverage AI tools throughout your workflow to multiply output while maintaining high quality
• Partner with Brand Strategy to apply brand architecture, persona, and visual identity across all work

Minimum Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, and/or technical marketing roles
• 3+ years of experience in developing messaging and enterprise sales enablement content that measurably supports and accelerates a technical sales motion
• Demonstrated ability to understand enterprise technical buyer personas and the underlying technology
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration across a broad range of functions, including product marketing and sales
• Demonstrated understanding of B2B program measurement and reporting
• Proven copywriting skills to convey complex ideas simply and effectively
• Proven organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Gen AI and LLM space
• Experience adapting plans and priorities in response to evolving business needs and emerging product directions
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience working with international and regional cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
