Enterprise IT Training Specialist- Expert

Required Skills
• Demonstrated experience in adult learning and classroom instructions
• Demonstrated experience with managing training priorities, programs, and issues in order to adapt training programs to reflect changes in structure, regulations, or processes
• Demonstrated experience with varied training schedules and the ability to be adaptable and flexible when it comes to the timing
• Demonstrated experience working with back-end computer developer team
• Demonstrated experience managing group processes and eliciting student participation
• Demonstrated experience applying structured analysis methods to various types of data to establish trends, determine variability, and diagnose the effect on training curricula
• Bachelor's degree in subject-matter field relevant to the Sponsor or advanced degree in education-related field
• Demonstrated experience with project management concepts and principles

Desired Skills
• Demonstrated experience with SQL/ICQL programming
• Demonstrated experience with Boolean Logic and other computer programming
• Demonstrated experience with oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working independently

Compensation & Benefits: This position has an anticipated salary range of $218,400-$336,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, and business needs.
