About the Role:
We seek a skilled Enterprise Data Architect responsible for designing and implementing robust data architectures that support our client's strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Databricks, Epic Clarity Data Model, data engineering, data governance, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable data solutions and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance data architectures using Databricks and other modern data technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and teams to understand data requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data integration frameworks, and data pipelines to support analytical and operational use cases.
  • Leverage expertise in the Epic Clarity Data Model to integrate and optimize healthcare data for analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, data governance, and data security best practices are followed across the organization.
  • Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing to enhance data accessibility and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and other team members.
  • Stay current with emerging data technologies and industry trends to continuously improve data architecture and analytics capabilities.
