Responsibilities
Evolve and expand the IT system architecture to support short term and long-term business needs and long-term architectural needs, as the company continues to scale.
Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies to drive business value increase, cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.
Collaborate with other Architects to establish and govern technical standards, guidelines, and architectural principles across the organization, ensuring adherence through robust governance frameworks and cross-functional collaboration for consistent software development practices.
Develop, document, and communicate plans for investing in systems architecture, including onboarding of new applications and analysis of cost reduction opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required
If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA is required
10 years of enterprise/data/system architecture experience, including strategic architecture planning, system development, and hands-on business requirements gathering/analysis preferred
Expertise in enterprise platforms and software evaluation, including ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and service tools required
Advanced knowledge of modern cloud and architecture practices, including managing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) required
Understanding of TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) methodology plus demonstrated ability to lead projects using Agile and DevOps required
Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems, with a good understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws preferred
