Enterprise Architect. Are you searching for new possibilities?
Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has an exciting opportunity for an
Enterprise Architect to join our growing team. This
hybrid role is based out of our
Head Office in
Surrey, BC.
Are you passionate about shaping technology strategy and driving real business impact? Do you have 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, and experience in the enterprise space? If so, this may be the role for you! We're looking for someone who can think strategically, act pragmatically, and help drive change and agile ways of working.
Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $150,000- $165,000 with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.
Westland also offers a competitive annual short-term incentive program that enables employees to share in the rewards of the business and emphasizes the measures that are key to our success.

As our Enterprise Architect, you'll turn Westland's vision into clear, actionable technology plans. You'll connect business and technology across people, data, and platforms to build a cohesive, future-ready architecture.
You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on guidance, ensuring our technology not only supports the business but helps drive it forward. You'll also play a key role in advancing more agile, product-focused ways of working that enable scalability, improved customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
